Wir treiben die Zukunft der Labordiagnostik voran! Unser Laborstandort in Leinfelden-Echterdingen, einer der modernsten in Europa, sucht Verstärkung. Gemeinsam gestalten wir eine zukunftsorientierte Arbeitskultur und optimieren unsere Prozesse. Als Kompetenzzentrum für Blutgruppendiagnostik, gynäkologische Endokrinologie, Spezialanalytik für Gerinnung und mehr, bieten wir ein breites Spektrum an Analysen. Als Teil unseres Teams tragen Sie maßgeblich zur Versorgung niedergelassener Ärzt*innen und Krankenhäuser bei und setzen gemeinsam mit uns neue Maßstäbe in der Labordiagnostik.

Responsibilities

Sie begeistern sich für Labordiagnostik und möchten ein Team erfolgreich führen? Für unsere Abteilung Serologie suchen wir eine motivierte Persönlichkeit, die gemeinsam mit ihrem Team einen reibungslosen Laborbetrieb sicherstellt und die Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs aktiv gestaltet. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Serologie-Teams
  • Organisation und Steuerung des täglichen Laborbetriebs
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Bearbeitung von Proben und Befunden
  • Personaleinsatz-, Urlaubs- und Schichtplanung
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Einarbeitung, Schulung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Prozessen
  • Unterstützung bei Audits, Zertifizierungen und der Einführung neuer Methoden

Qualifications

Wir suchen keine perfekte Checkliste, sondern einen Menschen, der zu unserem Team passt und gemeinsam mit uns etwas bewegen möchte:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als MTL/MTLA, BTA oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Serologie bzw. Labordiagnostik
  • Erste Führungs- oder Koordinationserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement und regulatorischen Anforderungen
  • Organisationsstärke und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohes Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Labor- und IT-Systemen
