Job Description

Als Business Analyst HR IT Systems & Process Specialist (m/w/d) gestalten Sie aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unserer HR-Systemlandschaft und treiben die Digitalisierung sowie Optimierung unserer HR-Prozesse voran. Sie fungieren als Schnittstelle zwischen Human Resources, IT und externen Dienstleistern.

Responsibilities

  • Anforderungsanalyse: Erhebung, Strukturierung und Dokumentation von Anforderungen (Business & IT Requirements) mittels agiler oder klassischer Methoden. Entwicklung, Anpassung und Optimierung von HR Systemen, um HR Prozesse optimaler gestalten zu können
  • Prozessoptimierung: Analyse und Modellierung von Geschäftsprozessen zur Identifikation von Schwachstellen und Effizienzsteigerungen
  • Schnittstellenmanagement: Enge Zusammenarbeit zwischen Stakeholdern, Product Ownern und Software-Entwicklern
  • Konzeption: Erarbeitung von Use Cases, Datenmodellen und technischen Spezifikationen
  • Support: Behebung von IT Problemen in der Organisation auf Basis eines 2nd Level-Supports - Aufnahme der Business-Anforderungen und Übertragung in technische Lösungsmöglichkeiten. Enge Kunden- und Nutzerinteraktion sowie Beratung der entsprechenden Stakeholder
  • Workshops & Testing: Moderation von Anforderungs-Workshops und Unterstützung bei der Abnahme bzw. beim Testing implementierter Lösungen
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung betriebsratsrelevanter Themen mit den Ansprechpartnern des Konzernbetriebsrat

Qualifications

  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung: Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Business Analysis oder Requirements Engineering. Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Umgang mit HR Systemen
  • Methodenkompetenz: Kenntnisse in gängigen Methoden wie BPMN, UML, Agile (Scrum/Kanban) oder Design Thinking
  • fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Soft Skills: Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch, sowie Verhandlungsgeschick. Hohe Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen
