SYNLAB entwickelt seine Materialplanung weiter und schafft die Grundlage für eine standardisierte, datengetriebene und skalierbare Versorgung seiner Standorte.

Als Materialplaner (m/w/d) im Bereich Beschaffung übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unserer Materialplanung. Gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen entwickeln Sie Dispositions- und Planungslogiken auf Basis von Verbrauchsdaten, Service-Level-Anforderungen und Bestandszielen und schaffen so die Grundlage für eine effiziente Bestandssteuerung sowie eine hohe Materialverfügbarkeit. Der Schwerpunkt liegt zunächst auf der Implementierung und Optimierung der Materialplanung innerhalb unserer bestehenden ERP-Landschaft (Microsoft Dynamics NAV). Die entwickelten Prozesse, Stammdaten und Dispositionsparameter werden anschließend in die zukünftige SAP-Systemlandschaft überführt.

Die Position ist zunächst auf zwei Jahre befristet, bietet jedoch eine klare Perspektive auf eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit und die Übernahme in ein unbefristetes Beschäftigungsverhältnis.

Responsibilities

  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung einer standardisierten Materialplanung für SYNLAB Deutschland
  • Definition und Optimierung von Dispositionskonzepten auf Basis von MRP-, Min-/Max- und Meldebestandslogiken
  • Analyse von Verbrauchs-, Bedarfs- und Bestandsdaten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Materialverfügbarkeit
  • Festlegung und Pflege von Sicherheitsbeständen, Reichweiten und Dispositionsparametern
  • Identifikation und Reduzierung von Überbeständen, Fehlbeständen und Dispositionsrisiken
  • Bereinigung und Harmonisierung von Artikel- und Planungsdaten
  • Entwicklung von Kennzahlen und Analysen zur Steuerung von Beständen und Verfügbarkeiten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Stammdatenmanagement und IT-ERP
  • Unterstützung bei der Überführung der Materialplanung in die zukünftige SAP-Systemlandschaft

Qualifications

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Supply Chain Management, Einkauf, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
  • Erfahrung in Materialplanung, Disposition, Bestandsmanagement, Einkauf oder Supply Planning
  • Gute Kenntnisse von ERP-Systemen, besonders SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Datenanalysen und Excel
  • Strukturierte, präzise und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Hoher Qualitätsanspruch bei Stammdaten, Prozessen und Systemen
