Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams LIS Entwicklung & Operations suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die IT-Know-how, Prozessverständnis und Serviceorientierung miteinander verbindet.

Responsibilities

Als (Senior) Application Specialist & Developer (m/w/d) betreuen und entwickeln Sie zentrale Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) für die moderne Labordiagnostik. Sie arbeiten an Softwareentwicklung, Application Support, Schnittstellenintegration und der digitalen Vernetzung von Labor- und Krankenhausinformationssystemen (KIS). Dabei nutzen Sie Technologien wie Python, Uniface und MPL und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Healthcare IT von SYNLAB.

  • Weiterentwicklung, Administration, Fehleranalyse und Application Support der Laborinformationssysteme Molis oder LX
  • Entwicklung, Anpassung und Optimierung von Anwendungen und Schnittstellen mit MPL, Uniface und Python
  • Betreuung und Support von LIS-KIS-Schnittstellen für unsere Krankenhauskund*innen
  • Entwicklung und Integration von Schnittstellen zu Erfassungs-, Analyse- und Outputsystemen
  • Analyse und Optimierung IT-gestützter Laborprozesse
  • Entwicklung und Erweiterung von Tools zur Fehleranalyse und Systemüberwachung
  • Auswertung von Log-Dateien sowie technische Ursachenanalysen und Troubleshooting
  • Mitarbeit im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleistern

Qualifications

Sie sind kundenorientiert und zeichnen sich durch eine gewissenhafte, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus. Als Teamplayer*in teilen Sie Ihr Wissen und bearbeiten größere Themen gemeinsam. Darüber hinaus bringen Sie idealerweise folgende Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen mit:

  • Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Anwendungsentwicklung (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation; alternativ eine Ausbildung als MTL/MTLA (m/w/d) mit ausgeprägter IT-Affinität
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Laborinformationssystemen wie Molis oder LX
  • Kenntnisse in Healthcare IT, LIS/KIS, Python oder Schnittstellenentwicklung sind von Vorteil
  • Zuverlässiges, Servicebereitschaft, lösungsorientiertes Handeln, Hands-On Mentalität, Lernbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab.
