Responsibilities

Als Teil unseres kollegialen IT-Teams leisten Sie einen entscheidenden Beitrag, um die moderne Labordiagnostik mitzugestalten.Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

  • Administration und Betreuung der LIS-Applikationen (Molis / LX).
  • Ansprechperson bei Störungen der LIS-Applikationen für unsere Laborstandorte.
  • Koordination und Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen und Fehlerrecherchen.
  • Bearbeitung von Störungsmeldungen und entsprechende Dokumentation über unser Ticketsystem.
  • Überwachung der Betriebsbereitschaft der betreuten Systeme, Bereitstellung von Softwarepaketen und Übernahme der Installationsroutinen für eingesetzte Business-Applikationen.
  • Unterstützung bei Betriebs-, Change- und Projektprozessen, auch teamübergreifend und unter Einbindung externer Dienstleister.
  • Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten im Rahmen der Einführung neuer Laborinformationsmanagementsystemen (LIS/LIMS).

Durchführung von Schulungen und Erstellung dafür relevanter Unterlagen.

Qualifications

Sie sind kundenorientiert und zeichnen sich durch eine gewissenhafte, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus. Als Teamplayer*in teilen Sie Ihr Wissen und bearbeiten größere Themen gemeinsam. Idealerweise haben Sie:

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem medizinischen oder biologischen Beruf, wie beispielsweise MTLA (m/w/d), BTA (m/w/d) oder VMTA (m/w/d) oder ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium
  • Alternativ eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Medizin-/ Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Anwendungsentwicklung oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Laborinformationssystemen oder ähnlichen medizinischen Applikationen
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Lernbereitschaft und Serviceorientierung
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen innerhalb Deutschlands
