Responsibilities

• Accogliere il paziente, verificare la prescrizione e gestire le pratiche di accettazione sul Sistema Informativo, verificando la correttezza di quanto inserito a sistema rispetto a quanto previsto dalla prescrizione

• Presentare al paziente le differenti tipologie di listini applicati per l’esecuzione degli esami di laboratorio / poliambulatorio

• Sottoporre al paziente ed archiviare le informative previste dalla normativa di riferimento (es. trattamento dei dati personali)

• Gestire la fatturazione e gli incassi delle prestazioni erogate ai pazienti secondo quanto previsto dalle procedure di riferimento

• Gestire la cassa contante del punto prelievo / poliambulatorio di propria competenza nel rispetto delle procedure in vigore presso il Gruppo Synlab

• Informare il paziente sulle tempistiche e modalità di ritiro dei referti e consegnare manualmente i referti ai pazienti nei casi previsti dalle procedure di riferimento

• Assicurare la tenuta e l’aggiornamento degli archivi e dei back-up di propria competenza

• Informare il Responsabile Operativo BCP di eventuali problematiche riscontrate durante lo svolgimento delle proprie attività

• Adempiere alle responsabilità inerenti le attività connesse al SISTRI, sulla base di quanto previsto dalla procedura di gestione dei rifiuti e di quanto assegnato con apposita delega (ove prevista)

Qualifications

Titolo di Studio :

• Diploma di maturità o titolo di studi equipollente

Esperienza Professionale :

• 0-1 anni di esperienza in posizioni analoghe

Competenze Tecniche :

• Tool di fatturazione

Buona conoscenza dei principali supporti informatici

Disponibilità a trasferte e mobilità sul territorio

Competenze Relazionali :

• Tecniche di accoglienza

• Eccellenti capacità comunicative ed interpersonali

• Predisposizione al lavoro in team
