Du bist vertriebsstark, baust nachhaltige Partnerbeziehungen auf und möchtest den Erfolg unseres Surveillance-Geschäfts aktiv vorantreiben? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams als Channel Account Executive Surveillance.

In dieser Rolle betreust und entwickelst du Systemintegratoren sowie Value-Added Reseller (VAR). Du arbeitest eng mit deinen Vertriebspartnern zusammen, identifizierst Marktpotenziale und entwickelst gemeinsame Vertriebsaktivitäten, um das lokale Geschäft nachhaltig auszubauen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Channel Account Management für Systemintegratoren und Value-Added Reseller sowie Errichter im Bereich Surveillance
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung von Key-Systemintegratoren und Aufbau langfristiger Partnerschaften.
  • Erweiterung unseres Partnernetzwerks mit Vertriebspartnern, Systemintegratoren und Errichtern
  • Pflege eines engen Kontakts zu Partnern und Kunden durch regelmäßige Meetings, Trainings und Besuche vor Ort
  • Bereitschaft, mindestens 50 % deiner wöchentlichen Arbeitszeit bei Kunden und Partnern vor Ort unterwegs zu sein
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Vertriebsaktivitäten gemeinsam mit Vertriebspartnern
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Trainings für Geschäftspartner
  • Beratung von Partnern und Kunden zu unseren Produkten, Lösungen und Einsatzmöglichkeiten
  • Kontinuierliche Beobachtung des Markts, Identifikation lokaler Potenziale und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Vertriebsförderung
  • Gewinnung und Entwicklung von Partnern für gemeinsame Vertriebsziele, Aktivitäten und Projekte sowie kontinuierlicher Ausbau des Kunden- und Partnerstamms

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung im Channel-Vertrieb im Bereich Surveillance – idealerweise verfügst du bereits über ein Netzwerk im Surveillance Channel
  • Erfahrungen in der Zusammenarbeit mit Videoüberwachungs-Errichtern
  • Vertriebsverständnis gepaart mit der Fähigkeit, technische Produkte und Lösungen verständlich und überzeugend zu vermitteln
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse zu Surveillance-Lösungen, wie Videomanagementsystemen, Kameras, Elektrik etc.
  • Verbindliche und überzeugende Kommunikation
  • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Durchführung von Präsentationen, Schulungen und Trainings
  • Bereitschaft zu einer Reisetätigkeit von mindestens 50 % der Arbeitszeit
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
