Chi cerchiamo? Siamo alla ricerca di un/a Personal Assistant in STAGE che sia dinamico/a e motivato/a per supportare il Direttore dell'azienda.

La persona ideale è proattiva, organizzata e desiderosa di imparare e mettersi in gioco in un ambiente stimolante e in continua evoluzione.

Caratteristiche principali:

  • Offriamo Stage di 6 mesi orientato ad assunzione
  • Rimborso spese
  • Conoscenza Avanzata della Lingua italiana
  • ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • L'attività verrà svolta in presenza a Segrate

Responsabilità:

  • Gestione dell'agenda e degli appuntamenti del Direttore;
  • Coordinamento delle comunicazioni interne ed esterne;
  • Preparazione di documenti e presentazioni;
  • Identificazione di potenziali clienti per espandere il portafoglio aziendale;
  • Supporto nella gestione di progetti commerciali;
  • Supporto nella gestione delle email e delle telefonate;
  • Gestione della fatturazione elettronica;
  • Assistenza nella preparazione di offerte commerciali e contratti;
  • Supporto nella gestione dei clienti e delle relazioni commerciali.

Requisiti:

  • Patente di guida B
  • Flessibilità e adattabilità a situazioni nuove e sfidanti
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel
  • Eccellenti capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo
  • Ottime doti comunicative, sia scritte che orali
  • Capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo
