Descrizione del ruolo:

Il/la Sistemista Microsoft sarà inserito/a all'interno del team IT e avrà l'opportunità di apprendere e sviluppare competenze nella gestione e amministrazione degli ambienti Microsoft 365. Sotto la supervisione dei professionisti senior, il/la candidato/a parteciperà attivamente alle attività quotidiane, supportando il team nell'implementazione di soluzioni tecnologiche innovative e nella risoluzione dei problemi. Questo ruolo offre un'esperienza formativa per chi desidera iniziare una carriera nel campo dell'IT e delle tecnologie Microsoft.

Responsabilità principali:

  • Supporto nella gestione e amministrazione degli ambienti Microsoft 365, inclusi Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams e OneDrive.
  • Assistenza nell'implementazione di soluzioni di sicurezza e conformità in Microsoft 365.
  • Collaborazione con il team IT per monitorare e risolvere problemi di base relativi ai servizi Microsoft 365.
  • Partecipazione alla progettazione di soluzioni tecnologiche innovative.
  • Supporto agli utenti finali nell'uso delle applicazioni Microsoft 365.
  • Aiuto nella gestione delle licenze e delle sottoscrizioni Microsoft 365.
  • Redazione di documentazione tecnica sotto la supervisione dei senior.

Requisiti:

  • Interesse e passione per le tecnologie Microsoft.
  • Conoscenza di base di Windows Server e Active Directory.
  • Familiarità con le tecnologie di virtualizzazione (es. Hyper-V, VMware) è un plus.
  • Capacità di apprendere rapidamente e di lavorare in team.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua italiana e della lingua inglese.
  • Disponibilità a seguire un percorso di formazione e aggiornamento continuo.
