Siamo un Microsoft Partner con status di Azure Expert MSP, specializzato nell'accompagnare le PMI italiane nel cloud: progettazione di infrastrutture, migrazioni, sicurezza e gestione di ambienti in produzione.

Per potenziare il nostro team Cloud Infrastructure cerchiamo un/una Azure Cloud Engineer che progetti, implementi e gestisca soluzioni su Microsoft Azure, con un approccio orientato all'automazione, alla sicurezza e all'ottimizzazione dei costi.

Di cosa ti occuperai

Sarai parte del team tecnico che progetta e mantiene gli ambienti cloud dei nostri clienti, dalla fase di design fino all'esercizio.

Progettazione e implementazione

  • Design e deployment di infrastrutture Azure (IaaS e PaaS): VM, App Service, container, database gestiti
  • Configurazione di networking cloud (VNet, NSG, VPN Gateway, Application Gateway, peering)
  • Progettazione di Landing Zone e impianto di governance (policy, management group, naming, tagging)
  • Implementazione di soluzioni di storage, backup e disaster recovery

Automazione e Infrastructure as Code

  • Sviluppo e manutenzione di infrastruttura tramite IaC (Bicep, ARM template o Terraform)
  • Automazione di task operativi con PowerShell e Azure CLI
  • Contributo all'impianto di pipeline CI/CD (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions)

Sicurezza, monitoraggio e ottimizzazione

  • Hardening e gestione della sicurezza con Microsoft Defender for Cloud ed Entra ID
  • Configurazione di monitoring e alerting (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics)
  • Analisi e ottimizzazione dei costi cloud (approccio FinOps)

Migrazioni e gestione clienti

  • Migrazioni verso Azure (lift-and-shift, re-platforming) da on-premise o altri cloud
  • Supporto tecnico di secondo livello e gestione delle escalation
  • Redazione di documentazione tecnica, architetture e procedure operative
  • Supporto pre-vendita nella definizione delle soluzioni infrastrutturali

Cosa cerchiamo

  • Esperienza nella gestione di ambienti Microsoft Azure (portale, risorse core)
  • Solide basi di networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewall) e di sistemi Windows Server / Linux
  • Conoscenza dei concetti di identità e sicurezza cloud (Entra ID, RBAC)
  • Confidenza con PowerShell e/o Azure CLI per l'automazione
  • Capacità di analisi, problem solving e gestione autonoma delle attività
  • Italiano fluente e inglese tecnico (documentazione Microsoft, portali)
  • Attitudine all'aggiornamento continuo su un ecosistema in rapida evoluzione

Costituiscono un plus (anche solo alcune):

  • Certificazioni Microsoft, in particolare AZ-104 (Azure Administrator) e AZ-305 (Azure Solutions Architect); gradite anche AZ-700 (Networking) o AZ-500 (Security)
  • Esperienza con Infrastructure as Code (Bicep / Terraform)
  • Competenze su container e orchestrazione (Docker, AKS)
  • Esperienza con pipeline CI/CD e logiche DevOps
  • Esperienza in contesti MSP / Partner o a contatto con PMI
  • Familiarità con tematiche di compliance (GDPR, NIS2)
