Contesto

Stiamo cercando uno/a Sviluppatore Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) con 2–3 anni di esperienza per supportare iniziative di data integration e ETL/ELT presso un cliente enterprise del settore bancario. Lattività è 100% remote, con team distribuito e modalità Agile.

Responsabilità

  • Progettazione e sviluppo di flussi di integrazione dati con Oracle Data Integrator (ODI): mapping, packages, scenari e orchestrazione tramite agent.
  • Manutenzione e ottimizzazione dei processi esistenti (performance tuning, gestione errori, qualità del dato).
  • Raccolta requisiti e collaborazione con team funzionali/tecnici; partecipazione a cerimonie Agile (daily stand‑up, refinement, sprint review).
  • Versioning e rilasci: supporto al ciclo di vita del codice (branching, deploy, validazione versioni) e knowledge transfer verso i team di run.
  • Documentazione tecnica e allineamento continuo con stakeholder interni/esterni.

Requisiti minimi

  • 2–3 anni di esperienza su Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
  • Buona padronanza di SQL/PL‑SQL e concetti ETL/ELT.
  • Familiarità con best practice di integrazione (mapping, KD/IKM/LKM, gestione topologie).
  • Esperienza nel testing (unit test, peer review) e attenzione alla qualità del dato.
  • Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e in team distribuiti, buona comunicazione.

Nice to have

  • Conoscenza di strumenti a contorno (SmartView, Data Forms, Web Forms, sicurezza/ruoli).
  • Esperienza con Git/CI, strumenti di pianificazione/scheduling, e collaborazione con team offshore.
  • Buona conoscenza inglese (ambiente internazionale).
