Siamo un Microsoft Partner specializzato nell'accompagnare le PMI italiane nella digitalizzazione dei processi di business. Progettiamo soluzioni che mettono insieme Dynamics 365, la Power Platform e l'ecosistema Microsoft 365 per automatizzare il lavoro e dare valore ai dati dei nostri clienti.

Per rafforzare il nostro team Business Applications cerchiamo un/una Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Developer che progetti e sviluppi applicazioni e automazioni su misura, dall'analisi del requisito fino al rilascio in produzione.

Di cosa ti occuperai

Sarai una figura tecnica di riferimento sullo sviluppo di soluzioni low-code e custom nell'ecosistema Microsoft.

Sviluppo Power Platform

  • Realizzazione di applicazioni con Power Apps (canvas e model-driven)
  • Automazione di processi con Power Automate (flussi cloud e desktop / RPA)
  • Sviluppo di portali esterni con Power Pages
  • Creazione di dashboard e reportistica con Power BI
  • Sviluppo di Copilot Studio agent e integrazione dell'AI nei processi

Dynamics 365

  • Personalizzazione e configurazione dei moduli Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Business Central a seconda dei progetti)
  • Sviluppo di estensioni custom (plug-in, custom API, web resources)
  • Integrazione di Dynamics 365 con sistemi terzi e con la Power Platform

Dataverse e integrazioni

  • Modellazione dati su Dataverse (tabelle, relazioni, business rule, sicurezza)
  • Sviluppo di integrazioni tramite API REST, connettori custom e Azure (Functions, Logic Apps)
  • Gestione di ALM e deployment tramite solution e pipeline (Azure DevOps / GitHub)

Analisi e relazione con il cliente

  • Raccolta e analisi dei requisiti insieme ai referenti di business
  • Traduzione delle esigenze in soluzioni tecniche scalabili e manutenibili
  • Redazione di documentazione tecnica e supporto al go-live

Cosa cerchiamo

  • Esperienza di sviluppo sulla Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Conoscenza di Dynamics 365 e del modello dati Dataverse
  • Competenze di sviluppo: C#/.NET, JavaScript, REST API
  • Comprensione delle logiche di ALM e gestione delle solution
  • Capacità di analisi e di dialogo con interlocutori non tecnici
  • Italiano fluente e inglese tecnico
  • Autonomia, precisione e attenzione alla qualità del codice

Costituiscono un plus (anche solo alcune):

  • Certificazioni Microsoft: PL-200 (Functional Consultant), PL-400 (Developer), PL-600 (Solution Architect); gradite anche MB-800 / MB-820 per Business Central
  • Esperienza con Copilot Studio e scenari di AI generativa applicata
  • Competenze su Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus) per le integrazioni
  • Esperienza con Power BI avanzato (DAX, modellazione)
  • Esperienza in contesti MSP / Partner o di consulenza
  • Familiarità con tematiche di compliance (GDPR, NIS2)

Cosa offriamo

  • Assunzione diretta a tempo indeterminato
  • Retribuzione per profilo Senior: RAL € 45.000 – 60.000, definita in base a competenze, certificazioni ed esperienza maturata (per profili Mid la fascia viene calibrata di conseguenza)

  • Percorso di certificazione Microsoft (PL-400, PL-600, ecc.) interamente finanziato dall'azienda
  • Progetti su tecnologie attuali, con spazio crescente per AI e Copilot
