Di cosa ti occuperai

Sarai inserito/a in un percorso operativo trasversale, a supporto delle tre aree. Nello specifico:

Logistica & Magazzino

  • Supporto nella gestione di carico, scarico e movimentazione merci
  • Controllo qualità e quantità sulla merce in entrata e in uscita
  • Preparazione ordini, picking, imballaggio e organizzazione delle spedizioni
  • Gestione e aggiornamento delle giacenze a sistema (inventari periodici)
  • Mantenimento dell'ordine e della corretta organizzazione degli spazi di magazzino

Acquisti

  • Supporto nell'emissione e nel monitoraggio degli ordini ai fornitori
  • Verifica delle conferme d'ordine e dei tempi di consegna
  • Controllo della corrispondenza tra ordine, documento di trasporto (DDT) e fattura
  • Aggiornamento dell'anagrafica fornitori e dei dati a gestionale
  • Collaborazione nella ricerca di nuovi fornitori e nella raccolta di preventivi

Supporto operativo trasversale

  • Inserimento e gestione dati a sistema (gestionale / Excel)
  • Coordinamento con corrieri e referenti interni
  • Supporto amministrativo alla documentazione di magazzino e acquisti

Cosa cerchiamo

  • Diploma o laurea (preferibilmente in ambito economico, logistico o gestionale – non vincolante)
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel
  • Precisione, ordine e attenzione al dettaglio
  • Capacità di organizzazione e di gestione delle priorità
  • Buone doti relazionali e attitudine al lavoro in team
  • Proattività e voglia di crescere all'interno di un percorso strutturato
  • patente B / disponibilità a muoversi sul territorio

Costituiscono un plus (ma non sono requisiti obbligatori):

  • Precedenti esperienze, anche brevi, in magazzino o ufficio acquisti
  • Conoscenza di un software gestionale / ERP
  • Conoscenza base della lingua inglese
