1、高中及以上学历，3年以上美容顾问经验； 2、熟悉所在区域客户消费心理、了解护肤美妆知识，熟悉终端门店的运营模式； 3、对美妆文化及市场潮流趋势非常了解； 4、办公软件&运营操作技能：能熟练操作日常办公软件（Xmind、Excel、PPT） 5、销售技巧：掌握BA销售技巧 个性标签：门店BA、销售技巧、化妆品经验 面试流程：HR初试-专业复试-线上测评
