1、参与公司文化匹配体系设计，建立文化匹配评估标准，以半年度为周期，完成对责任区域部门文化匹配评估工作。 2、主导公司文化宣导内容更新迭代，按周期组织公司文化同频相关工作，加深员工对于公司文化及价值观的理解。 3、对公司高压线制度进行优化、迭代，及时在责任区域内宣导公司高压线，确保区域员工对公司高压线有正确的理解。 4、对责任区域的文化不匹配现象及时进行干预，对违背公司文化现象的事件及时调查并向上汇报。 5、主导责任区域部门的组织文化诊断工作，并输出相应的诊断报告。 6、参与管理层、导师、新员工等人群的文化培训课程设计，并按排期进行讲授、分享。 7、审核、核定责任区域部门的团队建设经费。 8、协助参与公司大型文化活动的组织、执行工作和相关福利项目及上级交代的其他事项。
