1、门店信息统筹：负责品牌拓展门店的信息归档、动态更新与台账管理，确保门店资料完整可查； 2、客户资料管理：统筹对外品牌客户资料的准备、审核与输出，保障商务对接材料的专业度与时效性； 3、BD 计划跟进：收集各区域 BD 拓展计划，跟进落地进度并同步关键节点，推动项目按节奏推进； 4、渠道数据分析：从渠道维度定期收集、整理业务数据，输出分析报表，为 BD 决策提供数据支持； 5、跨部门协作落地：作为 BD 端业务需求与各协作部门（销售、培训、TM、CRM、财务等）之间的对接窗口，推动需求落地闭环； 6、商务接待支持：支持 BD 团队的商务接待与外事事务，提供英语 / 法语口译及书面翻译支持； 7、内部资料协同：协助内部各部门完成品牌拓展门店相关的资料需求输出与素材准备。

1、语言能力：英语或法语可作为工作语言（CET-6 / 专业级 / 等同水平），能胜任商务接待口译及品牌方书面沟通，此项优先； 2、学历与经验：本科及以上学历，有美妆 / 零售行业相关经验者优先； 3、数据与工具：具备数据分析与报表制作能力，熟练使用 Excel（VLOOKUP / 数据透视表等）及 PowerPoint； 4、协调能力：具备跨区域、跨部门协调能力，能独立对接多方资源并推动事项落地； 5、文案与素材：具备基础文案撰写与素材制作能力（DEMO、推文、资源位物料、商场货单、PPT 等），熟悉常用排版设计工具者优先； 6、工作风格：细致严谨，能稳定处理资质申请、盖章寄送、样品台账等高频事务性工作；责任心强、执行力好，可适应多线程工作及一定频率的出差 / 现场支持。
