1. 从品类研究、账号机会、选题脚本、内容审核到效果复盘，对短视频带货销售结果负责。 持续研究所辖品类的市场趋势、竞品动作、爆款商品与平台流量变化，形成可落地的内容机会判断，不停留在案例收集。 2. 兼具品牌视角与销售思维，统筹品牌、外部合作品牌、自有测试账号三端的内容输出：确定内容方向、核心卖点、选题规划与测试优先级。 3. 输出短视频创意、选题、脚本、brief 与内容框架，覆盖口播、桌拍、Live/场景化等形式；识别有增长潜力的达人类型与账号模型，支持达人拓新与账号孵化。 4. 负责达人稿件、脚本与成片卡审，熟悉抖音功效类产品卡审规则，把控卖点准确性、合规与转化逻辑，给出具体可执行的修改意见。 5. 与商务、账号运营、投放协同制定内容测试假设，跟进发布与销售结果，判断放量、调整或止损；沉淀可复用的内容资产与复盘结论。

1. 经验/技能要求： 2 年及以上短视频电商、达人内容或品牌内容经验，有大量 KOC 带货内容实操； 熟悉抖音平台规则与功效类产品卡审逻辑，有成熟的脚本与素材卡审能力； 结合播放、点击、成交、退款与投放反馈分析内容效果； 统筹推动力强，能推动商务、制作、达人与投放完成协同，对项目内容结果负责 2. 个性标签：结果导向、统筹力强、主动协同、预判力强、责任心强。
