构建高效合规的进出口物流体系，统筹全球采购与分销的跨境运输、报关清关及税务合规，确保货物在跨国流转中的时效性、成本最优与零合规风险。 1、对进出口货物的通关时效负责，确保货物在法定时限内完成申报、查验及放行，避免因延误导致的滞港费、滞箱费或销售断货； 2、对进出口申报单据的准确性及合规性负首要责任，确保零重大违规记录，防范因归类错误、价格瞒报或单证缺失引发的法律风险、罚款及信用降级； 3、对关务异常事件的应急响应与损失挽回负责，防止损失的进一步扩大与升级。 4、对进出口物流相关成本（海/空运费、关税、杂费）的合理性及持续优化效果负责； 5、对跨境运输过程中的货物安全负责，确保货物在长途运输及中转环节无丢失、无损坏，并妥善处理保险理赔事宜。 6、对提供给财务和业务部门的进出口数据（如价格、退税金额、物流轨迹等）的真实性与准确定性负责。

1、经验.技能要求 ①本科及以上学历，国际贸易、物流管理、海关管理、外语（英语/小语种）或相关专业优先 ②拥有 3-5 年以上进出口物流、关务管理或国际货代操作经验；有奢侈品、美妆快消行业或大型跨境电商企业进出口实操经验者优先； ③法规知识：精通国际贸易法规及国际物流运作模式，熟悉海关法、进出口关税条例及各国海关监管政策； ④物流知识：熟悉全球主要港口、机场、铁路枢纽及航线网络，了解各区域物流服务商的特点； ⑤渠道知识：熟悉天猫国际、京东国际、抖音全球购等跨境电商平台的物流履约规范及备案要求； ⑥跨部门协调：具备极强的单证处理能力，能独立解决复杂的报关疑难问题（如估价质疑、归类争议），面对突发状况（如疫情封控、港口罢工、政策突变），能迅速制定应急预案并协调各方资源解决； 2、个性标签：具备优秀的跨文化沟通能力，英语可以作为工作语言
