1、负责小众高奢品牌全国线下门店的日常运营和团队管理，确保门店运营正常、门店陈列等符合品牌形象标准； 2、结合品牌市场推广节奏，以及门店精细化运营管理，制定年度、季度及月度销售目标与策略，分解至各门店及 BA，监控销售数据，及时调整销售策略，确保年度销售目标达成； 3、深刻理解品牌定位，维护品牌店铺的品牌形象，维护品牌资产，并在内、外部进行传达品牌高奢心智与形象； 4、对用户有清晰的洞察，了解用户需求，做好运营精细化管理； 5、负责运营风险管控，门店货品管理，用户信息管理； 6、负责商场客情维护，争取有利资源助力品牌业绩达成；
