1、围绕公司文化,策划开展公司级月度主题文化活动、年度大型活动、仪式感等活动("八周年毕业仪 式"、水羊纪念日等)。 2、及时记录公司文化的信息与影像资料,并以月度为周期进行内容分类确认,建立文化信息档案库。 3、按周期对司龄礼物、传统节假日福利内容等进行策划,并组织发放公司员工福利,分层分级进行福利 差异化标准建立和管理。 4、每个工作日进行内部广播内容的制作和播放。 5、对公司常规宣传渠道(电视机屏幕、文化墙、LED宣传屏等)进行日常宣传和管理 6、以年度为周期更新完善"简单就是水羊"文化体系内容,以季度为单位开展文化触点巡查。 7、上级交办的其他事项。
