Agent administratif de retour

Nous recrutons en CDI, pour notre site des Arcs sur Argens (83), un:

Agent de retour logistique H/F

Votre mission :

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Transport, vos missions principales sont les suivantes :

  • Prendre en charge les manquants constatés chez les clients : créer une fiche réclamation, déclencher un inventaire sur SAP sur l’état des stocks et la réception (remise en stock informatique)
  • Prendre en charge les retours de marchandises : contrôler la qualité des marchandises retournées, créer les avoirs,
  • Assurer les tâches d’encaissement : traiter physiquement les chèques ramenés par les chauffeurs et commerciaux ainsi que ceux reçus par courrier et assurer la saisie informatique des chèques encaissés,
  • Préparer les relivraisons et les bons de reprises pour les livraisons du lendemain,
  • Veiller au bon respect des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité des denrées alimentaires et de la maîtrise de la chaîne du froid, conformément à la norme ISO 22000.

Ce poste comprend de la manutention et nécessite de travailler en chambre froide (en froid positif de 0° à 4° jusqu’à -22° en froid négatif) une partie de la journée (une à deux heures par jour).

Horaires : du lundi et vendredi, 8h30 à 17h

Votre Profil :

Vous possédez une première expérience en secrétariat/comptabilité idéalement dans le domaine de la logistique ou vous capitalisez une première expérience réussie sur un poste similaire.

Idéalement vous possédez le CACES 1B.

Vous maitrisez le Pack Office (Excel, Word…).

La maitrise de SAP est un plus, mais n’est pas indispensable.

Vous savez prioriser et êtes reconnu(e) pour votre réactivité et votre sens du service ainsi que votre esprit d’équipe.

Organisation, rigueur et polyvalence sont les atouts pour votre réussite dans cette fonction.
