Wir sind ein wachsendes PropTech-Startup aus Münster mit einer KI-gestützten Software für die Entscheidungsgrundlage der Immobilienentwicklung. Ausgezeichnet mit dem Deutschen KI-Preis 2023 und dem PropTech of the Year Award 2025 wollen wir mit syte die nächste Wachstumsphase antreten. Um dieses Wachstum zu tragen, suchen wir dich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) deutschlandweit mit regelmäßigen Office Besuchen in Münster oder Berlin.

IT-Infrastruktur & Device Management

  • Du baust unser Apple-Setup von Grund auf neu auf – Enrollment, Blueprints und Konfigurationsprofile über Apple Business, sauber migriert und dauerhaft gepflegt
  • Du setzt einen verbindlichen Security-Baseline-Standard durch – Verschlüsselung, Update-Policies, kontrollierte Endgeräte – und hältst ihn nachweisbar
  • Du verantwortest den Hardware-Lifecycle end to end und planst den Gerätebedarf entlang unseres Hiring-Plans

Identity & Access

  • Du gestaltest, wie Zugriffe bei syte vergeben, geändert und wieder entzogen werden – gruppenbasiert, dokumentiert und ohne Lücken beim Offboarding
  • Du entwickelst Google Workspace als Identity Provider weiter und bringst SSO überall dorthin, wo die Plattform es hergibt
  • Du bringst Struktur in unsere SaaS-Landschaft: Lizenzen, Rollen, Berechtigungen – und die Tools, die bisher niemand freigegeben hat

Security & Compliance

  • Du machst uns gegenüber Enterprise-Kunden auskunftsfähig: Kontrollregister, Security-Fragebögen, Nachweise auf Knopfdruck
  • Du dokumentierst deine Prozesse in Runbooks, um eine klare Knowledge Base zu bauen

Revenue Operations

  • Du verantwortest unser HubSpot-Setup als zentrale Revenue-Plattform und entwickelst es weiter – Pipelines, Lifecycle Stages, Workflows und Reporting

Dein Profil

  • Hintergrund in B2B-Tech/SaaS: Du bringst mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in IT-Administration, Internal IT oder Systemadministration mit – vorzugsweise in einem wachsenden Tech/SaaS Startup.
  • System Affinität: Du bringst eine Affinität für macOS und iOS mit oder hast eine hohe Bereitschaft, dich schnell in die Apple-Administration mit Apple Business und MDM-Profilen einzuarbeiten. Du beherrschst Google Workspace aus der Admin-Perspektive.
  • Ausgeprägtes Systemverständnis: Du verstehst, wie Geräte, Identitäten und Zugriffe zusammenhängen, und arbeitest strukturiert statt reaktiv.
  • Automatisierung: Du kommst mit APIs und kleinen Skripten zurecht und erkennst, was sich automatisieren lässt – ob über n8n, HubSpot-Workflows oder ein paar Zeilen Code.
  • Pragmatismus: Du kannst begründen, welches Risiko wir bewusst tragen und welches wir schließen – und erklärst eine Einschränkung so, dass Kolleg*innen sie mittragen statt sie zu umgehen.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken: Du willst verstehen, wie ein B2B-Sales-Prozess funktioniert, und das System dahinter mitgestalten. RevOps-Vorerfahrung ist dafür keine Voraussetzung.
  • Reisebereitschaft: Du bist bereit, gelegentlich in unser Büro in Münster oder Berlin zu kommen, um Onboardings, Offboardings und Workshops zu begleiten.
  • Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse: Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (mind. C1) und fließend Englisch (mind. B2).

Cherry on top

  • Erfahrung im Apple-MDM (Jamf, Kandji, Mosyle) oder Apple-Zertifizierungen (ACSP, ACiT)
  • Identity-Themen in der Tiefe: SSO, SCIM, OAuth-Scopes und Conditional Access
  • HubSpot-Administration in einem B2B-SaaS-Umfeld
