In dieser Rolle erwartet dich eine vielseitige Kombination aus IT-Support, Administration und spannenden Projekten rund um Microsoft 365, Cloud-Technologien und Automatisierung. Wenn du gerne Verantwortung übernimmst, nah an den Anwendern arbeitest und eigene Ideen einbringen möchtest, bist du bei uns genau richtig.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Microsoft-365-, Windows- und Linux-Umgebung
  • Unterstützung unserer Mitarbeitenden im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
  • Benutzer-, Berechtigungs- sowie On- und Offboarding-Management
  • Administration von Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange und Microsoft Intune
  • Verwaltung von IT-Hardware, mobilen Endgeräten und Windows-Servern
  • Sicherstellung der IT-Sicherheit sowie Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern
  • Pflege der IT-Dokumentation und Mitwirkung bei Automatisierungs- und Optimierungsprojekten

Deine Qualifikation

  • Berufserfahrung in der IT-Administration und im IT-Support
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID und Active Directory
  • Erfahrung im Endpoint Management, idealerweise mit Microsoft Intune
  • Verständnis für IT-Sicherheit, Berechtigungskonzepte und moderne IT-Infrastrukturen
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Freude am Umgang mit Anwendern
  • Hands-on-Mentalität sowie hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Bereitschaft, gelegentlich Wartungsarbeiten außerhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten durchzuführen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
