Bei uns entwickelst Du innovative SEO- und GEO-Strategien, setzt wirkungsvolle Maßnahmen um und optimierst sie kontinuierlich – immer mit Blick auf messbare Ergebnisse. Gleichzeitig bringst Du Deine Expertise ein und gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung unseres SEO-Bereichs aktiv mit.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich die strategische und operative Betreuung anspruchsvoller SEO-Kundenaccounts.
  • Du entwickelst datenbasierte SEO-Strategien und leitest konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen zur Steigerung von Sichtbarkeit, Traffic und Business Impact ab.
  • Du steuerst komplexe SEO-Projekte eigenständig hinsichtlich Qualität, Prioritäten, Timings und Wirtschaftlichkeit.
  • Du erkennst kanalübergreifende Wachstums- und Optimierungspotenziale und entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren Expert:innen aus anderen Fachbereichen ganzheitliche Lösungen.
  • Du berätst Deine Kund:innen proaktiv und baust langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf.
  • Du erstellst aussagekräftige Reportings, Analysen und überzeugende Präsentationen für interne und externe Stakeholder.

Was Du mitbringst

Must-have

  • Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Suchmaschinenoptimierung – von Technical SEO über Content bis hin zur strategischen Beratung.
  • Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Betreuung komplexer Kundenaccounts.
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung datenbasierter SEO-Strategien.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Analysen, Reportings und der Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen.
  • Ausgeprägte Beratungs- und Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Kund:innen.

Nice-to-have

  • Erfahrung im Agenturumfeld und in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams.
  • Erfahrung mit GEO, AI Search und dem Einsatz von KI im SEO-Umfeld.
  • Erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen Begleitung oder im Mentoring von Kolleg:innen.
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Wirtschaft oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.
