【岗位职责】 1. 参与游戏内系统、活动、玩法等内容的UI设计，在理解功能目标和玩家体验的基础上，完成界面、曝光、图标等视觉方案； 2. 与交互、策划、程序及其他美术伙伴共同协作，推动设计方案在游戏内完整落地； 3. 从玩家视角体验游戏，关注实际使用感受，持续发现并优化界面的视觉与体验问题。

【任职要求】 1. 具备良好的平面设计基础、美术功底和审美能力，对色彩、版式、造型等有较好的理解； 2. 熟练使用Photoshop，掌握3D\动效\AI\其他设计辅助工具者加分； 3. 喜欢游戏，对不同类型游戏的UI设计有观察和思考，愿意主动研究优秀产品； 4. 有较强的学习能力和自驱力，愿意不断尝试新的设计方法，并把想法真正落地； 5. 乐于沟通和协作，愿意深入游戏研发过程，与团队一起为最终体验负责。
