Descripción del empleo

Buscamos un/a responsable de proyectos con amplia experiencia en la dirección de iniciativas de software en entornos sanitarios. La persona que se incorpore estará presente en la operativa diaria y muy cerca de los sistemas de información y perfiles técnicos, por lo que se precisa capacidad de liderazgo de equipos. Se trabajará con foco en la calidad de los proyectos.

Tendremos en cuenta candidaturas de Barcelona y alrededores, ya que habrá visitas muy puntuales a cliente.

Funciones y responsabilidades:

  • Toma y análisis de requisitos
  • Proactividad en la sugerencia de estrategias para lograr los objetivos de los proyectos
  • Medir, hacer seguimiento, evaluar y comunicar el progreso de los proyectos
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y la entrega en tiempo y forma de objetivos
  • Manejar las expectativas y satisfacción de los distintos stakeholders
  • Liderazgo de un equipo de trabajo multidisciplinar
  • Facilitar la comunicación constante entre los miembros del equipo y los stakeholders de los proyectos
  • Identificar y gestionar riesgos y problemas relacionados con los proyectos o el equipo

Requisitos

Requisitos Imprescindibles:

  • Experiencia sólida y contrastable en análisis de procesos y gestión de proyectos tecnológicos (si son sanitarios, será un plus)
  • Catalán fluido, necesario por interacción con cliente
  • Familiariedad en la aplicación de metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban, SaFe...)
  • Formación universitaria

Requisitos Valorables:

  • Certificación en gestión de proyectos (PMP)
  • Conocimiento de estándares sanitarios (HL7, FHIR, OpenEHR...)
  • Conocimientos a nivel técnico (Java, servicios REST, JSON, Angular, Postman...)
