Over de functie

Als Assistent Restaurant Manager werk je nauw samen met de Restaurant Manager om onze gasten een geweldige ervaring te bieden, operationele doelstellingen te behalen en een sterk presterend team te ontwikkelen.

Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het efficiënt laten verlopen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden, terwijl je ervoor zorgt dat de Taco Bell-standaarden op het gebied van voedselkwaliteit, klantenservice, netheid en veiligheid worden nageleefd.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Ondersteunen van de Restaurant Manager bij de dagelijkse operatie van het restaurant
  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van teamleden tijdens diensten
  • Het leveren van uitstekende klantenservice en het professioneel afhandelen van vragen of klachten van gasten
  • Ondersteunen bij werving, onboarding en training van medewerkers
  • Monitoren van de prestaties van het restaurant en verbeterkansen signaleren
  • Zorgen voor naleving van voedselveiligheid, gezondheids- en veiligheidsvoorschriften en bedrijfsprocedures
  • Waarborgen van hoge standaarden op het gebied van netheid, kwaliteit en service
  • Bijdragen aan het behalen van omzetdoelstellingen en operationele targets

Wat wij zoeken

  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende of managementfunctie binnen de horeca, restaurants, quick-service restaurants (QSR), retail of foodservice
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in klantenservice
  • Sterke leiderschaps- en communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Het vermogen om effectief te werken in een dynamische en snelle werkomgeving
  • Een positieve instelling en een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Flexibele beschikbaarheid, inclusief avonden en weekenden
