Ihre Aufgaben

  • Steuerung Project Management: Sie sind zentraler Impulsgeber für exzellentes Project Management und prägen maßgeblich die erfolgreiche Umsetzung unserer Projekte
  • Fachliche Expertenrolle: Als erfahrener Sparringspartner unterstützen Sie Teams in anspruchsvollen Projektsituationen und sorgen für Struktur sowie klare Lösungsansätze
  • Standards & Methoden: Sie entwickeln und etablieren moderne Methoden, Tools und Best Practices zur nachhaltigen Verbesserung der Projektqualität
  • Fachliche Weiterentwicklung: Sie fördern die Entwicklung unserer Projektmanager:innen, geben Orientierung und bringen Ihr Know-how gezielt ins Team ein
  • Weiterentwicklung der Leistungen: Sie treiben die Optimierung und den Ausbau unseres Project-Management-Portfolios voran und setzen Impulse für Innovation und Effizienz

Ihre Erfahrungen

  • Fachliche Grundlage: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Architektur, Projektmanagement, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung: Rund 10+ Jahre im Project Management, idealerweise im technischen Immobilien- oder Beratungsumfeld, sowie mehrjähriger Senior‑Level‑Erfahrung im Project Management
  • Fachliche Führungskompetenz: Sie überzeugen durch fachliche Autorität, klare Strukturen und die Fähigkeit, Teams inhaltlich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Methodenkompetenz: Ausgeprägte methodische Stärke sowie ein tiefes Verständnis für Steuerung, Qualität und komplexe Projektstrukturen
  • Kommunikation & Präsenz: Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sicheres Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern
