Sie verfügen über ein starkes Netzwerk im Real‑Estate‑Markt und möchten Ihre Markt‑ und Transaktionserfahrung gezielt einsetzen, um neue Mandate zu gewinnen, Kundenbeziehungen weiter auszubauen und komplexe Real‑Estate‑Transaktionen aktiv zu begleiten? Sie agieren souverän im Kundenkontakt, denken unternehmerisch und arbeiten gerne an der Schnittstelle von Beratung, Deal‑Structuring und nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehung?

Dann werden Sie Teil unseres Transactions‑Teams in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Essen, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg oder München.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Mandatsgewinnung & Business Development: Aktive Identifikation, Ansprache und Gewinnung neuer Transaktions‑ und Advisory‑Mandate im deutschen und europäischen Markt unter gezielter Nutzung des eigenen Netzwerks
  • Transaktionsmanagement: Steuerung und Leitung komplexer Einzelasset‑ und Portfolio‑Transaktionen, einschließlich der Durchführung und Koordination von Technical Due Diligence‑Prozessen
  • Cross‑Selling: Strategische Platzierung des gesamten Leistungsspektrums von TA Europe (z. B. Technical Advisory, ESG, Project Monitoring, Asset Management) bei Neu‑ und Bestandskunden
  • Client Management: Verantwortung für ausgewählte Bestandskunden und Key Accounts mit klarem Fokus auf Ausbau bestehender Mandate, Wiederbeauftragungen und langfristige Kundenbindung
  • Unternehmensrepräsentation & Networking: Repräsentation von TA Europe auf Fachmessen und Panels (Expo, MIPIM) sowie Organisation und Durchführung von Roadshows

Ihre Erfahrungen

  • Transaktionserfahrung: Nachweisbare Erfahrung von mindestens 5-8 Jahren in Immobilientransaktionen und Technical Due Diligence Prozessen auf Beraterseite
  • Marktzugang: Belastbares und aktives Netzwerk zu Investoren, Fonds, Banken, Corporates und Entwicklern im Real‑Estate‑Markt
  • Beratungs‑Mindset: Erfahrung im Aufbau, der Weiterentwicklung und der strategischen Beratung von Kundenbeziehungen sowie in der Positionierung nachhaltiger, maßgeschneiderter Lösungen
  • Kommerzielles Denken: Stark ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Geschäftsmodelle, Honorargestaltung, Kundennutzen und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Souveräne Kommunikation: Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse sowie überzeugendes Auftreten und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten; Spanischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
