1. 负责大模型训推平台、智能体平台和具身智能平台后端架构设计与核心模块开发，包括智能体管理、大模型接口集成、具身训练任务调度、数据存储与管理等核心功能。 2. 主导AI Infra相关后端模块研发，重点负责仿真环境、数据标注、算力资源调度、分布式训推任务管理、资源监控与计费等核心功能的设计与实现，保障算力资源的高效利用与稳定运行。 3. 对接具身智能相关算法模块，实现算法模型的工程化落地，提供高可用、高性能的后端接口支撑，保障智能体训练、推理等核心流程的顺畅运行。 4. 负责后端系统的性能优化、安全加固与问题排查，保障平台在高并发、大规模数据处理场景下的稳定性与可靠性；参与技术方案评审，主导核心技术难点攻关。 5. 跟进大模型与具身智能技术前沿，结合业务需求将相关技术融入后端架构，持续提升平台的核心竞争力；协同前端、算法、产品团队完成项目交付。

1. 学历背景：本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业。 2. 工作经验：3-5年及以上后端开发经验，具备AI Infra相关项目开发经验者优先；有具身智能、大模型相关平台后端开发经验者加分。 3. 技术能力： - 精通Go、Python后端开发语言，具备扎实的后端工程化基础（微服务架构、分布式系统、高并发处理）。 - 熟悉AI Infra核心技术，了解算力调度框架（如Kubernetes、YARN）、分布式训练框架（如PyTorch Distributed、TensorFlow Distributed），具备相关模块开发或适配经验者优先。 - 了解具身智能基本技术体系与大模型原理，熟悉大模型接口集成与调用逻辑，能快速对接各类大模型服务。 - 熟练掌握主流数据库（MySQL、PostgreSQL、MongoDB）的设计与优化，熟悉缓存技术（Redis）、消息队列（Kafka、RabbitMQ）等中间件的应用。 - 具备良好的系统设计能力，能独立完成复杂业务模块的架构设计与开发，有较强的问题排查与技术攻关能力。 4. 综合素质：具备严谨的逻辑思维、良好的沟通协作能力与团队合作精神，能承受一定的项目压力，有较强的学习能力与技术创新意识。 5. 有具身智能训练平台、大模型服务平台或智算中心后端开发经验者； 6. 熟悉国产化软硬件（如昇腾AI芯片、MindSpore框架）适配经验，或具备信创项目开发经验者； 7. 具备容器化、云原生相关技术（Docker、K8s）实战经验，或有开源后端项目贡献者。 8. 接受中频出差（30%，视项目而定），能适应短期驻场； 9. 综合素质：具备良好的沟通协作能力、逻辑思维能力与团队合作精神，能快速适应项目节奏，有较强的学习能力与技术钻研精神。
