对接科研人员，精准挖掘全流程需求并转化为可落地技术方案，协同跨团队完成系统集成与无缝对接。 负责科研智能体整体架构设计、技术选型与落地实施，贴合高准确性、可追溯、全流程辅助的核心定位。 聚焦科研场景痛点开展技术创新，优化模型/知识检索准确率、响应速度等核心指标，保障系统高效稳定运行。 跟踪大模型、智能体、多模态等前沿技术，完成科研场景的技术转化与能力升级。 负责系统性能监控、问题排查与迭代优化，保障高并发场景稳定运行，解决开发及使用中的技术难题。 编写更新技术文档与使用手册，为科研人员提供技术支持与培训。

本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、大数据等相关专业，1年及以上智能体/大模型应用开发经验。 精通Python/Go，熟练掌握智能体开发框架，具备智能体从设计到落地的全流程开发经验。 掌握大模型微调、函数调用、多模态处理等技术，熟练对接大模型API；精通向量数据库、知识库搭建优化，实现知识高效检索、溯源与更新。 具备分布式、高并发系统开发/优化经验，熟悉API开发与对接，保障系统性能与稳定性。 逻辑思维、问题解决与技术创新能力突出，可主动挖掘场景痛点并输出解决方案。 沟通协作能力良好，能高效对接科研人员与跨部门团队；学习能力强，对科研领域有热情，责任心与执行力优秀。 熟悉科研领域知识、有科研类智能体/多模态系统开发经验者优先。 优先条件 有科研相关项目开发经验，熟悉科研设备与业务流程。 具备多模态智能体、科研工具集成、专家系统开发经验。 发表过智能体/大模型应用相关论文，或拥有相关技术专利。
