岗位职责 负责机器人边缘端软件系统的设计、开发与维护，主导边缘侧应用架构的搭建与持续优化 基于 ROS/ROS2 框架进行机器人功能模块开发，完成不同机器人平台的适配与集成工作 设计并实现边缘端与后端服务器之间的通信机制，包括信令协议设计、数据上报、指令下发等 与算法团队紧密协作，完成算法模型在边缘端的部署、调试与性能优化 探索大模型在机器人场景中的应用，利用大模型辅助编程，提升开发效率与代码质量 参与系统架构设计与技术选型，推动代码重构，保障系统的可扩展性与可维护性 编写并维护高质量的技术文档，制定并遵循测试规范，确保交付质量

必备条件 本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、电子、机器人等相关专业 3 年以上机器人或嵌入式软件开发经验 精通 Python，熟练使用 C++，日常开发以 Python 为主 具备边缘端开发经验，熟悉边缘计算场景下的资源约束与性能调优 熟悉 IoT 通信体系，了解 MQTT、HTTP/gRPC、WebSocket 等协议，有信令设计与实现经验 熟练使用 ROS/ROS2，有实际项目中的节点开发、通信调试经验 有跨平台/多机型适配经验，能针对不同机器人硬件进行软件适配 有与算法团队协作的经验，了解模型推理、数据预处理等基本流程 了解大语言模型（LLM）的基本原理，能熟练使用大模型辅助编程（如 Copilot、Cursor 等） 具备一定的架构设计与代码重构经验，注重代码规范、文档规范和单元测试 加分项 有大模型应用开发经验（如 RAG、Agent、Function Calling 等） 熟悉 Docker、K8s 等容器化部署方案 有嵌入式 Linux 开发经验，熟悉交叉编译与系统裁剪 有开源项目贡献经历或技术博客输出习惯
