1.负责机器人本体运动控制算法的研究和开发实现，完成机器人运动学、动力学模型的搭建与仿真模拟，优化机器人运动性能 2.负责双臂机器人的正逆运动学求解、动力学建模，以及机器人强化学习/模仿学习算法的开发、追踪与优化，提升机器人的运动精度和智能化水平 3.负责机器人双臂操作任务，包括双臂协同抓取、灵巧手操作、搬运等复杂操作任务的算法开发与优化，确保机器人能够完成复杂的操作任务 4.负责机器人移动操作算法，结合WBC与模仿学习实现复杂移动操作动作 5.开发基于仿真平台（MuJoCo、Isaac Sim/Lab等）构建具身操作训练环境，加速算法迭代并迁移至真实机器人 sim2real 6.研发数据驱动、端到端的操控算法，并实现在实际场景中的应用

1.重点高校自动化、机器人、人工智能、机械工程等相关专业硕士及以上学历，理论基础扎实 2.熟悉机器人学、刚体运动学，掌握常用的路径规划算法（如RRT、A、PRM）及其优化方法 3.至少熟悉一种常用的路径规划与轨迹优化开源框架，如OMPL、TrajOpt、Chomp、Curobo等，具备相关算法的开发与优化经验 4.掌握强化学习理论，熟悉 PPO、DQN、SAC 等主流算法，具备实际落地经验者优先 5.熟悉主流仿真环境或框架，如IssacGym/Sim、Gazebo、MuJoCo等，具备在仿真环境中进行算法开发与测试的经验 6.熟练掌握 C++ / Python 编程，熟悉 ROS / ROS 2 框架，具备良好的软件工程能力 7.具备相关算法在机器人本体上的部署、调试、验证经验者优先 8.同时具备导航路径规划相关落地经验者优先
