The posting

岗位职责 参与智算云平台推理服务 / MaaS（模型即服务）模块的开发与维护，协助完成核心功能的后端实现与测试。

在导师指导下，基于 KServe、NVIDIA Triton 等推理引擎，完成推理服务的部署、接口封装与性能压测，了解动态批处理、模型量化等优化手段。

参与 MaaS 服务全流程建设，包括模型仓库接入、标准化 API 开发、服务容器化改造，打通“模型 → 服务”的工程链路。

学习并接触 Kubernetes + Volcano 调度体系，参与异构算力（GPU/NPU）资源的调度验证、资源监控与简单优化。

配合 CI/CD 流程完成服务的自动化部署与迭代，协助建设服务可观测性体系（日志、指标、调用链），处理基础稳定性问题。

撰写相关技术文档，参与技术调研，跟踪大模型推理、MaaS 等前沿技术，并能在团队内进行分享。

任职要求 必备条件

 计算机或相关专业，硕士 / 博士 / 本科大三及以上在读，有扎实的计算机基础（操作系统、网络、数据结构）。

 熟练掌握 Golang 或 Python 中的至少一种语言，有良好的编码习惯，熟悉常见后端框架（如 Gin、FastAPI 等）者优先。

 对 Docker 容器技术有实际使用经验，了解基本镜像制作与容器运行原理；了解 Kubernetes 基本概念（Pod、Deployment、Service）。

 了解大模型或 AI 推理的基本概念，对 Triton / KServe / vLLM 中的任意一个工具感兴趣或有初步接触。

 具备基本的 Linux 操作能力，能独立完成环境搭建、问题定位与日志分析。

 学习能力强，自驱力好，能主动推进任务；具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作意识。

加分项（不强求，有则优先）

 有个人技术博客、GitHub 开源项目或参与过 AI / 云原生相关课程设计 / 竞赛。

 了解 Kubernetes 基本操作（kubectl、helm），或学习过 Operator / CRD 概念。

 接触过 PyTorch / TensorFlow，或对大模型推理部署感兴趣。

 了解 CI/CD（如 GitLab CI、GitHub Actions）或可观测性工具（Prometheus、Grafana）。

实习收获与培养方向 真实工业场景：直接参与生产级智算平台研发，接触大模型推理 + K8s + MaaS 全链路技术栈。

资深导师带教：由平台核心开发同学指导，定期技术 review，帮助快速成长。
