岗位职责 对接客户业务团队，梳理生产场景需求，解答大模型应用相关的技术疑问 负责场景技术方案设计，输出技术建议书、应用设计方案、数据流与流程设计等项目交付物 主导数据治理方案设计，包括跨系统数据打通、多源互校、质量监控体系规划 负责客户现场方案汇报、演示讲解、技术对齐与落地路径指导

任职要求 本科及以上学历，3 年以上相关工作经验，有大模型应用或机器学习项目经历 熟悉大模型应用核心技术栈，包括 RAG、LoRA 微调、多智能体编排、工具调用（Function Call / MCP）、Prompt 工程，理解"大模型决策 + 小模型计算"的协同架构 熟练使用 LSTM、XGBoost、EWMA 等时序预测算法，具备特征工程与模型评估经验 具备数据治理与多源数据融合经验，熟悉跨系统数据集成、多源互校、数据质量监控、非结构化文档向量化等工程方法 逻辑清晰，沟通表达流畅，能独立对接客户并引导需求 学习能力强，能快速理解煤矿生产业务流程与领域术语 熟练使用 Office，具备方案撰写与图文排版能力 加分项 有大模型应用从方案设计到现场交付的完整经验，能独立输出技术建议书并指导落地 有工业 / 能源行业大模型应用落地经验 熟悉煤炭生产业务者优先
