任职要求： 1. 国内外知名高校CS/EE/控制/数学相关专业硕士及以上 2. 熟练掌握Python、CUDA等开发语言 3. 熟练掌握Pytorch、Deepspeed、Accelerator等训练框架 4. 有原生多模态大模型训练、相关论文发表、开源项目经验者优先
