1.负责具身大模型的研究和开发相关的仿真数据合成与真实数据采集 2.负责根据产品落地需求进行数据采集和处理，搭建测试环境 3.负责具身机器人本体上具身大模型相关功能的实现与优化 4.辅助具身大模型的训练、推理加速与硬件适配部署工作 5.负责调研具身大模型相关的前沿技术，跟踪业内大模型领域的最新进展并推进相关研究，探寻将最新技术应用到具身智能领域的可能性

1.重点高校自动化、机器人、模式识别、人工智能、机械工程等相关专业硕士及以上学历，理论基础扎实​ 2.熟悉主流的VLA工作，包括但不限于openVLA、RT系列、PI0、Helix、Gemini等​ 3.VLA相关基础理论知识扎实，对自回归、扩散等相关理论有较深的理解​ 4.具备VLA模型在机器人本体上的部署、调试、验证经验者优先​ 5.熟练掌握C++、Python等编程语言，具备良好的代码编写与调试能力，熟悉ROS（机器人操作系统）者优先​ 6.具备Gazebo、Isaac Sim/Gym/Orbit、Sapien、PyBullet、iGibson、Mujoco等相关仿真工具使用经验者优先​ 7.在国际顶会或期刊上有相关论文发表者优先
