1. 负责AI Agent核心算法的研究、开发与工程落地，重点聚焦于任务规划、记忆机制、工具调用、自主学习与反思、多智能体协作等关键技术方向； 2. 跟踪并探索前沿Agent技术框架与方法（如ReAct、RAG、LLM-based Planning、CoT/ToT等），推动其在智能座舱、软件工程、自动化工具等场景的应用创新与性能优化； 3. 主导AI Agent相关大模型的后训练、微调、评估及迭代优化工作，持续提升模型在复杂指令理解、推理决策与任务执行等方面的能力； 4. 负责将AI Agent技术赋能于实际业务场景，包括但不限于智能座舱交互应用、企业级助手、自动化流程构建、代码生成等，并持续跟踪效果、推动产品化落地； 5. 协调团队资源，主导技术方案设计与系统实现，确保项目高质量交付，并推动相关技术沉淀与团队能力提升。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、自然语言处理等相关专业背景，具备扎实的计算机理论基础与系统设计能力； 2. 精通JavaScript/Python/Golang中至少一门编程语言，熟悉其生态与高效编程模式，具备优秀的数据结构与算法功底； 3. 在自然语言处理与大语言模型领域有深厚积累，熟悉Transformer架构、预训练模型、微调技术及相关实践； 4. 熟悉LangChain、LangGraph、LlamaIndex等主流AI Agent开发框架，了解MCP协议，具备Prompt Engineering、RAG、知识图谱、SFT等技术的实战经验； 5. 具备完整的AI Agent项目经验，能够独立完成系统设计、开发迭代与效果优化，有智能座舱、软件工程、自动化工具等领域落地经验者优先； 6. 具备较强的技术规划、团队协作与跨领域沟通能力，对AI Agent技术发展有热情和前瞻性思考。
