Per una nostra azienda cliente, gruppo leader nell’ambito della trasformazione digitale e dell’innovazione tecnologica, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di:

ACCOUNT MANAGER IT/DIGITAL

La figura di Account Manager IT/Digital sarà specializzata nell’attività di Business Development e nella gestione personalizzata dei clienti assegnati. L’obiettivo sarà quello di sviluppare nuove entreprise target, costruire relazioni solide e durature, garantire un alto livello di soddisfazione dei servizi erogati, massimizzare il valore generato per il cliente e per l’azienda.

Principali Responsabilità:

  • Definire, in accordo con il Business Manager, la strategia di sviluppo dei clienti assegnati e svolgere attività di Business Development su Large Enterprise dell'Area assegnata;
  • Sui clienti in portfolio identificare opportunità di up-selling e cross-selling illustrando l'offerta al fine di massimizzare il valore generato sul determinato cliente;
  • Sui clienti prospect illustrare le caratteristiche distintive dell'offerta e raccogliere nuove opportunità per accrescere il portfolio;
  • Interagire con CxO: costruire e coltivare relazioni a lungo termine con decision-maker dei clienti, facilitando trattive strategiche e negoziazioni ad alto livello;
  • Collaborare con il Business Manager e/o con il team di Pre-Sales, preparare proposte commerciali, rispondere a RFP/RFQ, definire contratti di professional service o a progetto;
  • Monitoraggio di iniziative progettuali per garantire un alto livello di soddisfazione dei clienti;
  • Stabilire e pianificare obiettivi da sottoporre e condividere con il proprio responsabile.

Requisiti:

  • Esperienza di almeno 3/4 anni sull'intero processo di Sales Cycle B2B (Medium/Large Enterprise) in ambito consulenza ICT, Digital, Security, Data Analytics.
  • Particolare preparazione a tutte le fasi di vendita e gestione: scouting dei prospect, meeting preparation, lead qualification, offerta, negoziazione, contratto, ordine e fatturazione.

Offerta Contrattuale: si offre un contratto a tempo indeterminato alle dirette dipendenze dell’Azienda Cliente, con un range retributivo indicativo compreso tra € 50k e € 60k + componente variabile. Ulteriori benefits: auto aziendale, welfare e tickets restaurant.

Sede: Bologna. Modalità: in mobilità sul territorio (Centro Italia).
