Tailor&Fox – your HR Business Partner – per azienda multinazionale operante in ambito Industrial Manufactoring, ci ha incaricati di ricercare il seguente profilo professionale:

SALES CONTROLLER

La risorsa entrerà a far parte del team di Controlling all’interno della Direzione Finanziaria e riporterà gerarchicamente al Responsabile del Controllo di Gestione. Si occuperà di monitorare l’impiego delle risorse aziendali e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi economico-finanziari, fornendo una corretta rappresentazione dei risultati a supporto dei diversi livelli di Management, con particolare focus sull’area commerciale e sul sistema di reporting.

Principali attività e responsabilità:

  • Supportare la Direzione Commerciale nella definizione e nel monitoraggio degli obiettivi e dei target commerciali, distinti per area geografica e famiglia di prodotto;
  • Analizzare i prezzi medi di vendita e i volumi per famiglia di prodotto e area commerciale, monitorando gli scostamenti tra risultati consuntivi, budget e forecast, predisponendo commenti e individuando i principali driver di performance;
  • Gestire gli strumenti di reporting commerciale e Business Intelligence, garantendo l’affidabilità e la qualità dei dati a supporto delle analisi gestionali;
  • Predisporre reportistica e analisi ad hoc a supporto della Direzione Generale, Commerciale e Finanziaria, inclusa la reportistica di Gruppo, nel rispetto degli standard e delle linee guida aziendali;
  • Gestire i progetti Capex e il modulo SAP IM, elaborando le stime di ammortamento per le attività di budgeting e forecast;
  • Supervisionare i processi di capitalizzazione in coordinamento con lo SSC Finance, nel rispetto dei principi contabili;
  • Gestire attraverso i sistemi Capex+ e SAP i progetti di investimento richiesti dalle diverse funzioni aziendali, monitorando i relativi budget di spesa.

Requisiti

  • Laurea in Economia o Ingegneria;
  • Esperienza di almeno 2-3 anni nel ruolo, preferibilmente all’interno di realtà strutturate;
  • Capacità di analisi e interpretazione dei dati economico-finanziari;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Conoscenza dei principi contabili IFRS e locali e delle regole del controllo di gestione;
  • Conoscenza dei sistemi informatici e di SAP;
  • Buone capacità analitiche, precisione e attitudine al lavoro in team.

Completano il profilo: affidabilità, precisione e predisposizione alla collaborazione con interlocutori appartenenti a diverse funzioni aziendali.

Offerta contrattuale: si offre un contratto a tempo indeterminato alle dirette dipendenze dell’Azienda Cliente, con un range retributivo così costituito: 35 – 50K (in base alla seniority maturata) + ticket

Sede di lavoro: Milano Ovest con 1 giorno fisso a settimana di smart working
