Como Planning and Availability Specialist en Just Eat Takeaway.com, formarás parte de nuestro equipo de planificación operativa para garantizar la correcta gestión administrativa de la flota y el cumplimiento de la demanda. En este rol, gestionarás solicitudes de vacaciones, turnos y disponibilidad a través de herramientas internas y tickets, coordinando estrechamente con operaciones y planners.

Estos son algunos de los ingredientes clave para la posición:

  • Gestionar semanalmente la disponibilidad de los repartidores y la asignación del primer turno según las necesidades del servicio.
  • Coordinar y evaluar solicitudes de vacaciones y ausencias, aplicando criterios claros para apoyar la ejecución operativa.
  • Monitorear turnos abiertos, cancelaciones y extensiones para garantizar la cobertura de la demanda durante periodos clave.
  • Resolver tickets y solicitudes operativas relacionadas con modificaciones de turnos y disponibilidades pactadas.
  • Enviar comunicaciones y formularios a la flota para la actualización y refuerzo de turnos planificados.
  • Registrar datos y mantener actualizadas las plataformas internas de Workforce Management con exactitud.
  • Colaborar activamente con el equipo de planificación, compartiendo observaciones operativas para optimizar los planes de staffing.

Requisitos

  • Formación universitaria (Grado) o Formación Profesional (FP) con una sólida base administrativa.
  • Gran capacidad de organización, estructuración y atención al detalle para gestionar múltiples tickets y variables de forma metódica.
  • Habilidades de comunicación clara para interactuar de manera eficaz con el equipo de planners y operaciones.
  • Manejo fluido de herramientas ofimáticas (especialmente Excel) y capacidad de adaptación a sistemas internos de gestión.
  • Criterio analítico y enfoque proactivo para evaluar solicitudes en un entorno operativo dinámico y de ritmo rápido.
  • Comprensión lectora de inglés suficiente para desenvolverse con herramientas y documentación interna de la compañía
