Responsibilities:

1. 定期拜访商业客户， 了解客户的业务需求 2. 收集市场信息，上报商业销售进销存数据，为客户提供合理建议 3. 维护辖区内的市场秩序和价格体系 4. 负责所辖区域经销商维护和管理，保证合理的库存，不造成市场断货，不造成产品过效期 5. 定期与销售沟通，了解销售人员需求;协调商业公司与销售团队的合作 6. 负责所辖区域内药品信息收集、招标政策分析及参与药品招标等工作

Qualifications & Skills:

教育背景

本科以上学历，医学、药学专业毕业 相关领域工作经验

2-3 年商务工作或相关经验，有药品招标经验、同类合资公司经验者、有特 药管理经验优先 专业知识与技能

业务规划与执行层级 • 对数字敏锐、关注当下，主动澄清和理解自身的工作职责任务及阶段性 /短期业 绩目标，积极思考能够促成达的关键因素据此制定清晰可行工作计划 • 做事细心谨慎，严格依照工作计划和相关流程规定有序地开展推进渠道管理或运营支持工作。 政策及市场洞察力 • 掌握适用于责任市场的医保政策、药品招投标和目录及其最新发展变化，识别其对武田中国的影响并能在参与业务规划时独立思考应方案 • 利用经销商及个人关系网等多种方法，从角度（宏观济形势、竞争态）收集市场等信息，并初步分析可能对武田产生的影响 风险控制 • 主动通过定期经销商拜访、沟或数据整合时刻掌握各类的特征和态 • 能根据经销商协议内容向提出明确的行为规范（倡导和红线）绩效标准，并定期对经销商的各类行为进跟及时提供必要反馈、资源或技术支持。

关系建立与维护 初级 • 重视人际关系（行业专家、医院政府招标办等）的拓展和维护 • 定期拜访利益相关者，建立初步的业务往来，确保与其能够顺利开展顺畅的业务合作。 沟通与协作 • 沟通时能够做到倾听，避免先入为主同清晰地、准确表达自己的想法 • 从促进团队合作的角度出发，主动分享可能对其它部门 /团队（市场、销售医学 事务、招标等）有利的信息。
