¿Qué harás en Takenos?

  • Liderar el proceso de monitoreo de operaciones y transacciones de clientes en tiempo real y de manera periódica, aplicando criterios y reglas de riesgo.
  • Liderar el proceso de optimización permanente del sistema de monitoreo transaccional.
  • Analizar y gestionar las alertas generadas por los sistemas automatizados de monitoreo, determinando la necesidad de escalar una investigación.
  • Liderar el proceso de investigación de operaciones inusuales o sospechosas provenientes del monitoreo, documentando el análisis y la evidencia recolectada.
  • Ejecutar procesos de KYC y Enhaced Due Diligence (CDD/EDD) rigurosos en clientes nuevos y existentes, especialmente aquellos de alto riesgo.
  • Elaborar, formalizar y presentar los Reportes de Operaciones Sospechosas (ROS) ante los organismos reguladores correspondientes.
  • Mantener la documentación de cumplimiento actualizada y organizada para auditorías internas y externas.
  • Colaborar activamente con el equipo de Tecnología, Producto y Operaciones en la definición y ajuste de parámetros de monitoreo para optimizar la detección de operaciones inusuales y sospechosas.
  • Participar en la mejora continua de los controles internos, políticas y procedimientos de cumplimiento, buscando la eficiencia sin comprometer el rigor normativo.
  • Colaborar en el armado de respuestas a requerimientos regulatorios de Prevención de Lavado de Dinero como auditorías, solicitudes de información, etc.

Requisitos clave:

  • Inglés intermedio avanzado o avanzado
  • Conocimiento en SQL
  • Ser un implementor. Contar con capacidad de gestión integral de procesos de punta a punta, asegurando su correcta ejecución desde el inicio hasta su finalización, así como la orientación y el acompañamiento continuo al equipo. Se espera que la persona que ocupe la posición asuma un rol de liderazgo en la identificación, diseño y ejecución de los procesos de AML, contribuyendo activamente a su mejora continua y correcta implementación.
