Business Developer - ASM (H/F)

En tant que Business Developer, vous serez un acteur clé du développement commercial sur votre région. Votre mission sera de cibler efficacement les entreprises répondant à des critères spécifiques et d’accroître la performance commerciale de l’entreprise.

Vos missions :

  • Prospection commerciale ciblée : Identifier et qualifier des prospects parmi les entreprises de 20 à 100 salariés. Vous générez de nouvelles opportunités via une prospection téléphonique active.
  • Réactivation de comptes dormants : Analyser le potentiel des comptes inactifs depuis 2 ans ou plus. Vous reprenez contact pour comprendre leurs besoins et proposer des solutions de réengagement adaptées.
  • Prise de rendez-vous et développement : Organiser au moins 20 rendez-vous qualifiés par semaine. Vous présentez nos offres de manière percutante, négociez et finalisez les ventes avec un objectif de satisfaction client.
  • Reporting et suivi : Documenter vos activités dans le CRM et assurer un suivi précis de vos performances auprès du directeur commercial. Vous êtes force de proposition pour ajuster l’approche commerciale.

Votre profil :

  • Expérience : Vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie dans un poste similaire, idéalement en prospection téléphonique et développement commercial. Une expérience en réactivation de comptes est un atout.
  • Compétences : Excellente maîtrise des techniques de vente, capacité à identifier les besoins clients et grande rigueur dans la gestion des priorités.
  • Qualités personnelles : Dynamique, persévérant(e) et orienté(e) résultats. Votre empathie vous permet de rebondir efficacement face aux objections.
  • Mobilité : Vous êtes disponible pour des déplacements fréquents dans votre région.
