Nu söker vi en Accountant som vill vara med och säkerställa hög kvalitet i vår redovisning och finansiella rapportering samt bidra till fortsatt utveckling av våra ekonomiprocesser.

Din roll:

  • Ansvara för lagstadgad rapportering, inklusive momsdeklarationer, EC Sales List och Intrastat-rapportering samt säkerställa att rapportering och betalningar sker i tid.
  • Stödja löneprocessen och säkerställa att löner hanteras korrekt och i enlighet med gällande lagstiftning.
  • Samordna och samarbeta med externa revisorer vid upprättande av årsredovisningar samt stödja ISO- och lokala revisioner.
  • Utföra balansavstämningar samt följa upp kund- och leverantörsreskontra för att säkerställa korrekt redovisning.
  • Säkerställa att finansiella processer och interna kontroller följer koncernens riktlinjer och interna revisionskrav.
  • Hantera och följa upp justeringar mellan lokala redovisningsprinciper och IFRS för koncernrapportering.
  • Övervaka kassaflöde, kundfordringar och leverantörsbetalningar samt säkerställa efterlevnad av koncernens riktlinjer.
  • Upprätta månadsbokslut, inklusive periodiseringar och förutbetalda kostnader, samt rapportera finansiella resultat enligt fastställda deadlines.
  • Ta fram analyser, rapporter och nyckeltal som stöd för verksamheten och koncernrapporteringen.
  • Bidra till budget- och prognosprocessen i nära samarbete med Finance Business Partner och Head of Accounting.
  • Delta i förbättringsprojekt kopplade till ERP-system, finansiella processer och arbetssätt för att öka effektivitet och kvalitet.

Vi tror att du har:

  • Erfarenhet från en liknande roll inom redovisning eller ekonomi.
  • Relevant utbildning inom ekonomi, redovisning eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet.
  • God förståelse för finansiell rapportering, bokföring och redovisningsprinciper.
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta med ekonomisystem samt goda kunskaper i Excel.
  • En strukturerad, noggrann och ansvarstagande arbetsstil.
  • Ett proaktivt och lösningsorienterat förhållningssätt med fokus på kontinuerliga förbättringar.
  • Stark analytisk förmåga och förmåga att omsätta data till insikter och affärsnytta.
  • Kommunicerar obehindrat på engelska i tal och skrift.
