Die Takkt Gruppe sucht motivierte Mitarbeitende zur Verstärkung des Teams in Stuttgart oder Pliening als Werkstudent – Interne Kommunikation & Change Management (m/w/d) um gemeinsam die Zukunft der Arbeit zu gestalten!

Woran Du mitgestaltest:

  • Change- & Engagement-Support: Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung und Nachbereitung eines unternehmensweiten Engagement-Programms im Rahmen laufender Veränderungsinitiativen
  • Kommunikationsformate: Mitwirkung bei Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung regelmäßiger interner Formate wie z. B. Townhalls
  • Content Creation: Aufbereitung und Anpassung von Inhalten für verschiedene Kanäle und Zielgruppen (z. B. Intranet, Townhalls, Präsentationen)
  • Projektunterstützung: Beitrag zum Erfolg funktionsübergreifender Projekte durch geeignete Kommunikations- und Change-Maßnahmen

Was Dich auszeichnet:

  • Du studierst Kommunikationswissenschaft, Psychologie, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eines verwandten Studiengangs mit kreativem und digitalem Mindset (idealerweise im Hauptstudium bzw. mindestens ab dem 3. Semester)
  • Großes Interesse an interner Kommunikation, Unternehmenskultur und Veränderungsprozessen
  • Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit Fokus auf qualitativ hochwertige Ergebnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere PowerPoint, Word, Teams) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau B2)
  • Erste Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Kommunikation, Change Management oder Projektarbeit von Vorteil
