MENA bölgesinin ilk YouTube Sertifikalı Ortağı olan Takwene, Kahire'deki ekibimize katılacak, motivasyonu yüksek ve bilgili bir Sanatçı Yöneticisi arıyor. Bu rolde sanatçılar ile dijital ekosistem arasında önemli bir köprü görevi görecek, yeteneklerin kitlelerini büyütmelerine ve küresel platformlardaki etkilerini en üst düzeye çıkarmalarına yardımcı olacaksınız.

Takwene Hakkında

Takwene, MENA bölgesindeki sanatçıların dijital alanda başarılı olmalarına yardımcı olmaya adanmış, yaratıcı odaklı bir şirkettir. Sanatçıların küresel ölçekte kitlelerini büyütmelerini destekleyen dijital dağıtım, telif hakkı koruma ve pazarlama hizmetleri sunuyoruz. Bedevi ve Libya müziği dahil olmak üzere yüz binlerce ses ve görüntü varlığını yönetiyor; sanatçıları kariyerlerinin her aşamasında yükseltmek için uçtan uca çözümler sunuyoruz.

Temel Sorumluluklar

  • Her sanatçı için yaratıcı vizyonu ve kariyer hedefleriyle uyumlu, özelleştirilmiş büyüme stratejileri geliştirmek ve uygulamak.
  • Farklı sanatçı kadrosuyla ilişkileri yönetmek ve güçlendirmek; tüm iş ve stratejik konularda birincil iletişim noktası olmak.
  • Dağıtım, pazarlama ve telif hakkı dahil olmak üzere iç ekiplerle iş birliği yaparak sanatçılara kapsamlı destek sunmak.
  • YouTube, streaming servisleri ve sosyal medya üzerindeki platform performans verilerini analiz ederek büyüme fırsatlarını belirlemek ve içerik stratejilerini optimize etmek.
  • Planlama, varlık teslimi ve sesli/görüntülü içerik için tanıtım kampanyaları dahil olmak üzere yayın sürecini koordine etmek.
  • Yönetilen sanatçılar adına ortaklıkları, marka anlaşmalarını ve iş birliği fırsatlarını müzakere etmek ve kolaylaştırmak.
  • Dijital içerik üretimi, kitle etkileşimi ve gelir elde etme stratejileri için sanatçıları en iyi uygulamalar konusunda bilgilendirmek.
  • Sanatçıları rekabetçi ve bilgili tutmak için MENA müzik景sisi ve dijital yaratıcı ekonomisi genelinde sektör trendlerini izlemek.

Gerekli Nitelikler

  • Müzik İşletmeciliği, Medya, Pazarlama, İletişim veya ilgili bir alanda lisans derecesi.
  • Sanatçı yönetimi, yetenek yönetimi, müzik endüstrisi veya yakın ilişkili bir rolde 3+ yıl tecrübe.
  • Dijital müzik dağıtım platformları ve streaming ekosistemleri (YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music vb.) hakkında kanıtlanmış anlayış.
  • Yaratıcı yeteneklerle güven ve uzun vadeli ilişkiler kurabilme becerisiyle güçlü kişilerarası ve iletişim becerileri.
  • Hızlı tempolu bir ortamda aynı anda birden fazla proje ve önceliği yönetebilme yeteneği.
  • Türkçe ve İngilizce'de yazılı ve sözlü yetkinlik.

  • Farklı müzik türlerinde, özellikle MENA bölgesindeki sanatçılarla çalışma deneyimi.
  • YouTube Content ID, telif hakkı yönetimi ve dijital hak yönetimi (DRM) süreçlerine aşinalık.
  • Bir müzik yapım şirketi, dijital dağıtımcı veya yaratıcı odaklı ajansta önceki deneyim.
  • Bölgedeki yapımcılar, promotörler ve marka ortakları dahil endüstri bağlantılarından oluşan mevcut bir ağ.
  • Arap dijital alanında sosyal medya büyüme stratejileri ve influencer pazarlama anlayışı.

Teknik Beceriler

  • YouTube Studio ve YouTube Analytics'te yetkinlik.
