Als Mechanical Supervisor bij Talenco Group speel je een sleutelrol in het veilig en efficiënt uitvoeren van mechanische werkzaamheden.

Je stuurt de uitvoering van werken aan op de werkvloer, fungeert als technisch aanspreekpunt en zorgt ervoor dat alle activiteiten verlopen volgens de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieuvoorschriften.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Toezien op en coördineren van mechanische werkzaamheden in het veld
  • Oplossen van technische en operationele problemen
  • Zorgen voor een correct gebruik en goed onderhoud van gereedschappen en materialen
  • Waarborgen van de correcte toepassing van modificatie- en changeprocedures binnen jouw vakgebied
  • Bestellen en reserveren van materialen voor onderhouds- en herstellingswerken

Veiligheid en omgeving: jouw prioriteit:

Je garandeert een veilige, nette en milieuvriendelijke werkomgeving door:

  • Strikte naleving van veiligheidsregels en het toezien op correcte toepassing door eigen medewerkers en contractors
  • Actieve deelname aan taakrisicoanalyses (TRA)
  • Identificeren van risico’s en voorstellen van preventieve maatregelen aan het management
  • Toezicht houden op correcte en volledige werkvergunningen en naleving van wetgeving rond welzijn op het werk
  • Onderzoeken van ongevallen en bijna-ongevallen en het tijdig en correct rapporteren ervan
  • Samenwerken met veiligheidsdiensten en productie om veilige werkomstandigheden in de field te garanderen
  • Opstellen van veiligheidsplannen, TRA’s en het leiden van toolbox meetings
  • Regelmatig uitvoeren van Veiligheidsobservatierondes (VOR)
  • Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor veiligheid, orde en netheid in de mechanische werkplaats en testbanken

Opleiding

  • Technische opleiding minimum Bachelor Mechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

Ervaring

  • Bij voorkeur 5 jaar of meer relevante ervaring binnen tankopslag, petrochemie of chemie

Kennis & expertise

  • Affiniteit met rotating equipment, mechanica en piping
  • Algemene kennis van productieprocessen en procesinstallaties
  • Administratieve vaardigheden
