About the Role:

Our client, a well-established company with 75 years of industry success, is seeking a Project Manager (Gas Distribution, LPG, CNG) to oversee key projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The company is a leading gas distribution provider, serving major clients.

This role requires a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage end-to-end gas distribution projects, ensuring successful execution while adhering to safety regulations, budget constraints, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project teams consisting of engineers, technicians, and site personnel.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee all phases of gas distribution projects, from design and procurement to installation, commissioning, and handover.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices for LPG and CNG distribution.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify that work is completed according to project specifications and safety protocols.
  • Identify and address project risks proactively, implementing corrective measures to maintain project objectives.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, reports, and regulatory permits.
  • Establish and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in gas distribution, specifically with LPG and CNG projects.Proven track record in successfully delivering gas distribution projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards.Strong understanding of gas distribution systems, safety protocols, regulations, and engineering design principles.Excellent knowledge of Dubai safety codes and local regulations for gas distribution.Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera, MS Project.Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or a related field) is preferred.Proficiency in AutoCAD is a strong advantage.Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
