About the Opportunity:

[Hotel Name], a leading 5-star hotel in Kuwait, is seeking talented and ambitious individuals to join our vibrant Reservation team. In these roles, you will play a vital role in driving guest satisfaction and revenue generation by providing exceptional service to our valued clientele. Whether you're applying for the Reservation Agent or Reservation Supervisor position, fluency in Arabic is mandatory, as you will be communicating with guests from the region.

Reservation Agent:

  • Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and online channels regarding room reservations, rates, and hotel services.
  • Process reservation requests efficiently and accurately, ensuring all guest information and preferences are captured.
  • Upsell and cross-sell hotel amenities, packages, and upgrades to enhance the guest experience.
  • Provide clear and concise information about hotel policies, promotions, and facilities.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while resolving guest concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate reservation records and reports.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Reservation Supervisor (Additional Responsibilities):

  • Lead and motivate the Reservation Team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize reservation sales and revenue generation.
  • Analyze reservation trends and market data to optimize pricing and inventory management.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to Reservation Agents to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Monitor reservation system performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in hotel sales initiatives and maintain relationships with travel agents.

Qualifications (Both Positions):

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Reservation Agent or similar role in a 5-star hotel environment (for Reservation Supervisor, minimum 3 years of experience with supervisory experience preferred).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English languages (mandatory).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including reservation management systems (PMS).
  • A positive attitude, a professional demeanor, and a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
